WCF seeks an experienced and talented Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Consultant (manager level) to assist WCF’s three person M&E Team. This team works with the CocoaAction companies in all areas related to the setting of, collection and reporting against key performance indicators. Working with the M&E team, the consultant will support the overall CocoaAction data collection and reporting processes; the development and management of the M&E system; and creation of an M&E guide. In addition, the consultant will facilitate collaboration with the Voluntary Sustainability Standards (VSS) organizations and will participate in the processes to develop the CEN/ISO Sustainable and Traceable Cocoa Standard. The initial term of the consultancy will be 12 months beginning in January 2016.
