Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap…and Others Don’t

My favourite book from business school reading that has worn pages by now. A great resource and quick fun read. “Can a good company become a great company and if so, how?” Jim Collins set out to answer this question when he began his research study.

Good to Great chronicles his findings, how 11 leading ‘good’ companies were able to take the leap to greatness. This book sheds an important light on the areas of management strategy, practice and leadership that can help companies change their performance for the better.
